Our programs are delivered virtually to cohorts of people with similar experience levels. Each program consists of 11 modules, delivered monthly. Parallel to the virtual modules, participants experience a personalized “learning journey” on Master Class’s virtual learning platform. Tools, readings, videos, personal style feedback, peer consultation, and conversations all happen in this environment. Each module culminates in a live, virtual session with the program instructors and a virtual peer consulting session with their assigned cohort of colleagues.
