Programs

Our program maximizes learning time by being entirely virtual. You and your cohort will meet with the faculty once each month. You will also meet with your Peer Consulting Group (5-6 colleagues in a situation similar to yours) to review the concepts taught in the course and their application to your present and future challenges.

Executive Coaching

We believe executive coaching amplifies and reinforces learning and development.  MCS’s executive coaching model begins with the context within which the superintendent finds herself, inventories the pressures that both encourage progress and impede it, then supports the selection of priorities and a path to follow. Our approach is intensive and designed to be delivered over a finite amount of time on a specific set of objectives.

Leadership Retreat Facilitation

Available to current and former members of Masterclass for Superintendents – $5,000

Building your administrative leadership team is one of the critical path duties of a superintendent. One approach is to hold a retreat during which team building, strategic planning, prioritization and tactical planning can all occur. MCS offers this service at a discounted price for their facilitation of your meeting(s).

  • Facilitating Admin Leadership Team Retreats – MCS guides the team to stay on task, face the hard stuff and interrupt old patterns and practicing new approaches.
  • School Committee Workshops – Building a leadership team that includes your school committee can accelerate your progress throughout the year. Let us relieve you of the burden of managing the meeting, freeing you and your team to actively participate and remain focused on the work at hand.
