Steven Hiersche, Ed.D.
Steve got his start as a mathematics and computer science teacher. His passion for technology expanded into school and district leadership. Steve is an experienced superintendent with over 20 years in the central office in both Massachusetts and Vermont. He has served on various boards such as the MAPLE Advisory Board, and Global STEM Education Advisory Board.
Steve’s expertise comes from his years in the classroom and his experience across several school districts. His continued dedication to innovation and education continues to show through in his work with Master Class for Superintendents. Steve’s Linkedin
Ann Koufman-Frederick, Ph.D.
Ann has 30+ years of dedicated classroom, school, and district experience focused on innovating and implementing effective change in learning and teaching. In public education, she held various positions including – school psychologist, k-8 classroom EdTech teacher, professional development instructor and director, assistant superintendent, and superintendent. She has also led statewide learning innovation through the Massachusetts Personalizing Learning for Excellence & Equity (MAPLE) Consortium.
