Overview
MASTERCLASS for Superintendents offers two programs, one for Aspiring Superintendents and one for Experienced Superintendents. Each program is a unique experience that supports and accelerates the development of potential and current public school superintendents who strive to reimagine education. MASTERCLASS for Superintendents leverages the power of an effective collegial network as the key to thriving as a Superintendent who embraces innovation and shapes the future of learning.
MASTERCLASS for Superintendents is led by leadership experts and powered by peer interaction.
Who can apply?
MASTERCLASS for Superintendents is currently focused on Massachusetts aspiring and experienced district leaders and plans to expand to a regional audience in the future.
MASTERCLASS for Superintendents programming consists of interactive modules and mentoring from experienced leaders that nurture learning and collaboration on the topics that provide support, guidance, and insight where superintendents most need it.
Program Format
Each program is delivered in monthly modules. Participants experience a personalized “learning journey” on the MASTERCLASS for Superintendents learning platform and are equipped with tools, readings, videos, personalized feedback, peer consultation and learning conversations.
Each module includes two live sessions delivered online with the program Faculty and the cohort colleagues. Each member meets virtually once a month with their own leadership coach. Optional in-person executive coaching is also possible.
